International Shipping Policy – Badnaam Wear

At Badnaam Wear, we proudly ship worldwide. All international orders are processed through secure card payments via Stripe and delivered using DHL Express.

Payment Method

• International customers can pay using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express through our Stripe-secured checkout.

• All payments are charged in USD.

• Once payment is confirmed, your order is processed within 1–2 working days.

Shipping Details (DHL Express)

• We deliver worldwide using DHL Express.

• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days (depending on destination).

• A tracking number will be provided once your parcel is dispatched.

• Standard International Shipping Fee: $25 USD for 1–2 items.

• Any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange / Refund Policy

Products are eligible for exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery if:

• The wrong item or size was delivered

• The product is unused and in original packaging

• The product has a visible manufacturing defect

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method (Stripe).
Refunds typically take 5–10 working days to appear in your account.

Important Notes

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders.

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays.
