At Badnaam Wear, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth, secure,
and reliable.
Our Cash on Delivery (COD) option allows you to pay for your order when it
arrives at your doorstep — no advance payment required.
How COD Works
Place your order through our website or WhatsApp.
Our team confirms your order via call or message.
Your parcel is dispatched through a trusted courier partner (TCS / Call Courier / Leopards).
You make the payment in cash to the rider at the time of delivery.
Fake / Unconfirmed Orders
To ensure smooth operations, we call or WhatsApp every customer before dispatch.
Unconfirmed or fake orders are not processed.
Repeated fake orders may lead to account blocking.
Delivery & Charges
📦 Delivery time: 3 – 7 working days (depending on your city).
💸 Standard COD delivery charges: PKR 200–250.
❌ Return delivery cost (if customer refuses parcel): paid by customer.
Exchange / Return Policy
✔ Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery (must be in original condition).
✔ If there’s a size issue, defect, or wrong item delivered, you can request an exchange or full refund within 7 days of delivery.
